Chaga

The forest treasure: the birch mushroom, harvested in France in the Massif Central, renowned for its antioxidant richness.

Chaga

What is chaga?

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a mushroom that grows slowly on the trunks of birch trees in cold forests. Used for centuries in Siberia and Scandinavia, where it is drunk as a decoction, it is nicknamed the "diamond of the forest". It ranks among the richest natural sources of antioxidants.

What tradition says

  • The traditional vitality drink of the northern peoples;
  • traditionally associated with supporting natural defences;
  • consumed daily as a background tea, to accompany the body over time.

Dosage and use

Our extract is taken as drops diluted in a glass of water, 1 to 2 times a day, at any time. It can be taken as a 3-week course or as a regular companion, especially as winter approaches. See the label for the precise dosage.

A chaga harvested in France

Our chaga has not crossed the planet: it is harvested responsibly from the birches of the Massif Central, then extracted in our Quimper laboratory. Rare traceability for a mushroom most often imported from Siberia.

Precautions

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children without medical advice. Ask your doctor if you take anticoagulants or have diabetes. Food supplement: not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
