1. General provisions
These terms of sale are concluded between SARL STEPHAN (RCS Quimper) and any buyer. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, which prevail over any other condition.
2. Products
Products are offered while stocks last. Catalogue photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly regarding colours.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The company may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed on the day of the order. Shipping and packaging costs are added to the indicated price.
4. Orders
The buyer fills in their details, builds their cart and confirms the order. Confirmation implies acceptance of these terms and constitutes proof of the transaction.
5. Right of withdrawal
Non-professional individuals have fourteen days after delivery to return a product, return costs at their expense.
6. Payment
Payment is made by bank card, PayPal or cheque. Outside France, only card and PayPal payments are accepted.
7. Delivery
Risks are transferred to the buyer once the goods leave the storage location. Delivery times are indicative; beyond thirty days the contract may be cancelled with a refund.
8. Warranty
All products benefit from the legal warranty under articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Claims must be made by post to: 13, route de l'innovation, 29000 Quimper, France, within fourteen working days.
9. Liability
The seller is bound only by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage related to Internet use (loss of data, viruses, service interruption).
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the site are the exclusive property of SARL STEPHAN. Any reproduction or redistribution without express written consent is prohibited.
11. Personal data
Personal information is required to process and deliver orders. In accordance with French data protection law, customers have a right of access and rectification.
12. Archiving - proof
Order forms and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium. Computerized records constitute proof of communications and transactions.
13. Disputes
These online terms of sale are governed by French law.
